I am thirty-one, and cook. My appetite for pea shoots, maldon rock oysters, and pig is unsurpassed (except perhaps by my dog’s). Some of my food is from my garden, though it is currently overrun with slugs and downy mildew. I rise at 4am for seafood from the market, and always struggle not to buy prawns. I want to keep quail, but have concerns they may offend the London neighbours. Don’t get me started on geese.
Occasionally I share my cooking with others. Oh, and I’ve worked as a chef, and do some supper club hosting on the quiet.
